Desktop App - User Profile Photos and Org Logo Not Displaying

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing: In the desktop application, our user photos are not displaying. Our Org’s logo is also not displaying. We are simply seeing broken image stock photo in place of the logo. For users, we are simply seeing colorful circles with no initials present. This is making it challenging to see at a glance, who is assigned a task or a collaborator.

Ticket open with support for a month with no updates.

It happens to me sometimes and always sort itself out after a moment…

This has been a constant issue for our organization since early June. Support escalated to engineers in late June, however no updates.

Now seeing images attached to tasks not loading. Keeps getting worse.

Hi @Kara_Collins, I’ve checked in with the Engineering team on the status of your bug report through the Support team. I can also see that your Customer Success Manager has escalated this for you.

The Engineering team has confirmed that they have received the report and are working to resolve this but unfortunately, cannot give a timeline for when this will be fixed.

As a workaround, they have advised a full computer and app restart as this has resolved this issue in the past. If a computer/app restart don’t address the issue, our team believes that your company network/firewall might be causing this.

I’ve gone ahead and moved this thread to the #bugs:closed to avoid crossing wires as the Support team and your Customer Success Manager will work closely with the Engineering team to resolve this issue going forward, which seems specific to your Org.
