The new Windows App sounded like a nice idea, but it’s been a big mess in my experience.
The app frequently “crashes”, it shows a spinning circle forever requiring I close the app and restart it(happens pretty much every time I interact with it). I tried uninstalling but the browser wants to redirect to the app which I don’t have and in asking for help no the forum they said the setting to open in the browser is not something I can change. I have always loved Asana, but I seem to be stuck with a broken app that constantly crashes…
I’m sorry to hear that you’re running into issues with the desktop app and reinstalling has not fixed the issue. In this case, I’d suggest reaching out to our Support team as they have access to additional tools that we don’t have here on the Community team to look into this further for you.
