Desktop App: cannot add Google Drive files to Project Overview

I’m trying to add Google Drive files to a project overview, but every time I have tried recently, I’ve gotten this error message:

“Sorry. We were unable to connect to Google. Please try again later.”

There are no problems when I try to add Google Drive files to a task, though.

Sorry to hear about the problem! That is something our Support Team will need to look into for you.

To create a support ticket:

  1. Please go to help.asana.com

  2. Click the chat icon at the bottom right

  3. Acknowledge Asana’s Privacy Statement by clicking Yes

  4. Type in your issue (or you can go ahead and write “speak to an agent”)

  5. We will ask you some details about your query to understand what you need and will offer you a solution, as well as give you the option to create a support ticket.
