Error adding Google Drive files to Key Resources on the Project Overview page

I am getting the error message (see bottom left of the image below) when trying to add Google Drive files to Key Resources on the Project Overview page. The Google Drive app is enabled.

I’m not sure if it’s easy to try either resetting your credentials or removing and re-adding the integration to your project, but that may be an option. Also, perhaps clearing the browser cache and more as part of the troubleshooting (see below).

I should have mentioned that I am using the Asana desktop application.

Ah, then most of those troubleshooting tips won’t apply, but the rest of the response does at least. I hope you can get to the bottom of it…

@Stuart_Miller2 , not sure where you are located, but there was a mini-outage yesterday in the EU region, which could also have affected integrations. Could your issue have been temporary? Have you tried again today?

Otherwise, as @lpb suggested, go to your Apps tab in your Settings, disconnect Google Drive and reauthenticate the integration.
