Deprovision should NOT be anywhere but the admin console

Title says it all. Just removed my boss from his own Asana workspace and am now in huge trouble. When you remove someone from a team, it says something along the lines of “If you remove someone from a team, deprovision” (with deprovision being hyperlinked). Assuming that clicking that hyperlink was going to teach me what that meant, I clicked it. Instead, it deleted my boss from our system.

He is furious and I have no way of getting into a live chat with support, instead, I am stuck waiting on support emails that will take days to get feedback on.

I am definitely not the only person to have this happen. Nobody knows what deprovision means. This seriously needs at least a confirmation before it gets done.

If someone can somehow boost my support ticket or something, that would mean literally everything to me.

First, it means that your admin maybe haven’t set a rules for members inside your organization.

Second, yes, I do agree with you. It’s need a prompt and showing what will happen if it does isn’t it. So we user can re-think wether to do it or cancel.

While you’re waiting for you support request. Have you tried to contact your admin in your organization and ask for help?
