Deleting Tasks from a template

Hello,
I have a list of 8 sub-tasks assigned to a major task in a template and want to delete only one of the Sub-tasks from the list, is there a way to do this?

Whether a Project Template or a Task Template, click the right arrow at the end of the subtask:

On the subtask page you can then click the trash can icon to delete that subtask.
