Hey Everyone,
I’ve seen some old threads, which are now closed, related to this topic. I am aiming to see the deleted tasks in an Asana project but am unable to do so. I have seen others saying that there is an option to do this in the advanced search menu, but this is from an older version of Asana. The version that I have now does not show this option. Please see my screen shot. There is supposed to be a ‘more’ section of the advanced search but as you can see it is not there.
Any suggestions?

@Justin_Jenkins - if you click on the status dropdown, there should be an option for Deleted. That said, I’m fairly certain that functionality is broken right now (it seems to only show tasks that you individually deleted). @ambforumleader - anyone have insight on this?

Hey @Stephen_Li , I think that has always been the case - it will only show tasks that you (the user running the search) have deleted.

@Richard_Sather - ah for some reason I thought it previously showed all deleted tasks; must be misremembering. I did also run the search in work access mode and it had the same behavior (which I guess makes sense as I’m still the user running the search, but I feel like there might be an expectation that using WAM would return a broader set).
