Hi have a unique situation with not a deleted team but a “Ghost team” per say.
I was hoping someone had some insight on restoring an Asana team that wasn’t deleted, but had all members removed from it. We unfortunately had an incident where we had duplicate teams and lost an important project that was not duplicated over to our new team
Here’s what happened:

Originally when we spoke around June, our team had 3 Asana teams all called “XYZ”

When we started getting into Asana full force, we renamed one of these teams to be “XYZ !!” and this new team with the “!!” became or main team that houses all our projects. We communicated with team members to make sure all of their projects were moved to “XYZ !!” to ensure they were safe as we were planning to delete our 2 other “XYZ” teams.

One of our team members was in charge of deleting our old duplicate teams. She deleted one of the XYZ teams normally. This action trigged the “undo deleted team email”. With the second team she removed everyone from the team and then removed herself, this did not trigger the “undo” email, so unfortunately we are unable to restore the team ourselves.
She deleted these extra teams on 10/15 and we would love to get this team+project back ASAP!
