Dashboard widget for tasks with incomplete fields

I am trying to add a widget to our consulting teams dashboard that displays all tasks associated with our team that have an incomplete “Category” field. The goal here is to get to a list with all the tasks with the incomplete field, so you can easily go through and assign the correct value.

This will be used to audit tasks that need to be updated, specifically with what kind of tasks they in relation to the process, in order to accurately report and run associated rules.

I cannot find a way to filter this into the dashboard widget. Any thoughts here?

Here’s my workaround, until Asana adds this filter un dashboards:

I can confirm that this solves the issue and seems to be the best option. Great to know of this functionality for other use cases as well. Thank you!
