Custom task type bug saving changes for tab view

I’ve reproduced this problem in two Asana environments (a client’s, and my Phoenix) and I’m hoping @Forum-team can tell me what I’m doing wrong or escalate to the product team; thank you!

The problem is that this dialog appears when I don’t think it should:

The steps I followed leading up to the appearance of the above:

  1. Create a new project
  2. Add a custom task type “Stages” with four stages, two incomplete, two complete
  3. In List tab, change Filter to Incomplete, Change Group to Stages and Save view
  4. Click List tab > Make a copy, rename to List Me, change Filter to Just my tasks (me Dynamic), Save view (prior Filter and Group also remain)
  5. Click List Me tab > Make a copy, rename to List Me Dates, change Group to Due date, Save view (prior Filters also remain)
  6. Right after Save view above, the dialog appears

If I “Save view anyway” I believe it works, but I don’t believe the dialog has reason to ever appear in this circumstance.

Thanks,

Larry
