Custom global fields in a project - on paid tier now. If we downgrade to free for 6 months, can we re-access the project with custom fields again in the future once we upgrade to paid?

We upgraded to a paid tier for 1 month to create custom global fields for a specific project. That project will be “quiet” for a few months, we will not need to access it at that time.

If we downgrade to free for a few months, and then upgrade once more to a paid tier, will we then be able to access this original project with the global fields?
