I have started using custom fields on Goals and have run into some unexpected behaviour.
It appears that custom fields on Goals only work on the highest level goals (ie. Company Goals) when it comes to using Goal Filters, Advanced Search, and Reporting Dashboards.
To replicate this issue, apply a custom field (I’ve tried a Single Select and People field) to any and all goals. Then generate an advanced search for Goals that use a specific value from your custom field.
Example showing the “Goals CF” against goals and their subgoal. The expectation would be to see 4 goals when I search for goals with “B” as their value (1 goal + 3 subgoals).
