In the Team goals overview, there should be a column with “Members / Collaborators” and maybe a few more - or better - custom field features such as portfolios, projects, etc.
Especially in goals, it’s slightly more tricky who in the team receives a notification in their Inbox. Members of the goal are usually based on the accountable team, which is super complicated if “your team” is department of 200 people
