Custom Fields not Showed up on the Guests Account

Hi All,

Recently, our team figured out that we cannot able to search via custom fields. I visited some of the forums and figured that the field should be in the organization library to show to the whole team, but unfortunately, I did confirm that the field is already in the organization library

Secondly, when I tried using my admin account, I could see the field in the advanced search

However, when I tried using my team member’s account (guest), the field did not appear (

Could you kindly take another look and let me know if I am missing something?

That’s known+expected I am afraid. Doesn’t make it less annoying though…

So, what you’re saying is that nothing can be done to help me with this matter?

That’s right, that’s expected behaviour. I am not entirely sure if it works but maybe a member can do a search and copy the search link then share it: maybe the guest will be able to access it. I never tried, curious to see the result.

it shows the result without that custom field. :frowning:
