Hello!
We receive a lot of emails with sensitive data that we don’t want to be forwarded to Asana. Does anyone knows how could I create automatically these tasks without importing the attachments?
At the moment we have an automated forward to asana, but this also brings the documents.
A 3rd party tool like zapier would also be great!

As it stands, it is not possible to automatically remove attachments using the auto-forward feature.
To be honest I’m not sure if there is a particular 3rd party tool that has this ability but I would recommend you to check out all our integrations in the following link: Asana Apps and Integrations • Asana.
