Creating a DEFAULT view for Projects and Portfolios

For projects, you can create a project template with your desired custom fields and then when you go to make a new project, chose “…from a template” and use this template. If you’re on Enterprise, you could investigate the Bundles feature too.

For portfolios, you can vote on these two requests, or add your own in English Forum > Product Feedback if those don’t cover it:

Here is a scenario: Have you every worked on a portfolio that actually is repeated in the nature of the types of projects associated to it? Scenario: Let us say that you have 5 products and you run 5 marketing campaigns (open per product) each year. Copy Portfolios

Hello, I’d love to submit a feature request to make the ability to copy a portfolio over as a whole - so it would duplicate all of the projects in that portfolio along with their tasks/subtasks, but allow you to assign new project names and a new portfolio name.
