Create Rules for Guest's "My Tasks"

I want to create a project where in when my guest receives a new task → it will automatically populate my project. The thing is - I know you can create a rule within your profile under my tasks and that guests cannot create rules. I was wondering if I can create the rule on their behalf on all tasks that get assigned to guest {within any project or not project} will get populated in my new project.

You can’t create rules for other people’s My Tasks. You’ll have to ask them to set up this rule.

OR create a bundle, apply it on all projects, and setup a rule “assignee changed → assignee is X → do Y”
