Create new custom fields from form builder

For me, the form builder is a logical and oft used starting point for thinking about what information I want to capture.

This often sparks the idea for a new custom field.

It’d be super handy not to have to go back and forth between the customise menu and the form builder to create new fields, and just be able to choose to make a new custom field or to turn an existing question into a linked custom field.

Hi @Jan-Rienk , this is currently available (it seems it got reshipped), albeit perhaps not that discoverable.

When you type a name of a field (even if it exists in the library), then Asana will display a list of similarly-named fields (which is great) but will also allow you to ignore those results by allowing to create a new field by clicking on the “Add {name}” or hitting ENTER. This will add the field to the project, as long as you Publish the form!
