Create a chart that lists how long each individual task has been in "to do" and "in progress" status/section

Hello,

I’d like to create some way to obtain data on the duration each individual task has been in a certain section/status. i.e. “This task has been in the section labeled ‘in progress’ for x amount of time”. Ideally, I’d like to be able to have this information exposed on the individual task but there doesn’t seem to be an easy way to do that so I think creating a chart would be best? How do I create a chart where the Y axis is time and X axis are all individual tasks and then a table for each status/section (to do, in progress, complete)?

With a paid Asana plan, you can add a chart to your project’s dashboard like this:

If you click on any of the columns, you’ll see a search results view showing the tasks that make up that column.
