We use a few different forms for new project submissions. The forms are great to get tasks automatically created but we have a set of subtasks that are utilized for every project type. Is there a way to automatically get a set of subtasks applied when a parent task is created from a form?

There is not a way to automate the adding of those subtasks in native Asana. You can accomplish it via an If-Then Rule in my Flowsana integration, using the Add subtasks from a template rule action.
