Each of my clients is categorised by a coloured tag and all the colors have disappreared from my account and every single task is just white. I have submitted a ticket to asana but have not had any response. It has been like this for 5 days. Is anyone else experiencing this and how can I fix it?
Are you looking at the List view? or calendar view? Some views have an option to choose the colour palette, I am guessing this is what happened.
The support can take up to a week to answer sometimes.

That topic talks about not being able to set the colour of tags, and this topic about the colours disappearing. It’s not exactly the same but it feels a bit like too much of a coincidence not to be related.

Hi everyone, sorry to hear about this issue.
@Jan-Rienk, it doesn’t seem to be the same problem. Although the previous bug prevented users from editing the tag’s color, the original color was still appearing everywhere in Asana. We’ve received confirmation from users that the fix resolved that specific issue.
I’ve just tested tags in my space and could not replicate this issue. @Sarah_Simon, I’d recommend following the suggestions, checking if this happens in multiple views and in incognito mode, just to ensure it’s not a browser issue or glitch. Our Support team is currently handling a backlog, but they are getting back to everyone as soon as possible. Hopefully, you will get a reply from them soon!

It is the same in List, calendar and home, there are no colours, it is all just white 
It is very frustrating. Hopefully support eventually reply.
@Vanessa_N might be related to https://forum.asana.com/t/see-project-association-for-subtasks-in-my-tasks/852930/15?u=bastien_siebman, sounds like something similar around colors.
Thanks, @Bastien_Siebman, but it’s odd that in Sarah’s case all tasks are showing in white rather than in the project’s color. The Support team will be able to dig into this further by checking the project association, and also confirming if the domain is in the A/B test, which might be causing the issue.
If you have lost your coloured tags in “calendar” view, then I had this problem too - and found an easy fix! In “calendar” view, there is a little menu icon in the top right called “colour default”. You click on this and change it to the Asana default, instead of “no colour”. See photo:
