Tags have disappeared

Hi,
As of a couple of days ago all of my tags seems to have disappeared. They’ve also disappeared from the list i assign them from. This is happening to all users in the group so i doubt it’s a browser issue. I haven’t tried to recreate them yet but was hoping someone can take a look to see if they can be restored to past and current projects.

Sure. The audit trail is what is displayed at the bottom of a task, where all activities and comments are logged. Maybe something is logged there.

I looked through many of the projects just now there’s no mention of the projects being tagged in sections when i know they were. the dropdown menu that would enable me to do that is also blank.
It’s very strange

In this case, I’d recommend reaching out to our Support team by following the steps below. They have additional tools that we don’t have here on the Community teams to be able to look into this further for you!
