Color differentiation in Workload between "below" and "at" capacity, not just "above"

I’d like to request that there is additional color coding in the workload view in portfolios to differentiate between “below” capacity and “at” capacity. Right now, it’s hard to tell if someone has additional capacity available without hovering. I primarily use the workload view to see if there’s capacity for pipeline scheduling, and right now I can only differentiate overbooked (red). If someone is at capacity (6/6 hrs / day, for example)… this should not be the same color as if they’re underbooked (3/6 hrs/day, indicated in blue) or overbooked (8/6 hrs/day, indicated in red).

Hi @anon20154534, thanks for taking the time to provide this feedback!

While this feature isn’t available at this time, hopefully it’s something our Product team can implement in the future!

I’ll keep you posted and let you know if we have any updates

Has any update been made here? Also interested in different colours based on over, at, or under capacity.

It would be super helpful to see who has capacity and who should be delegating some work out by just looking at the colours in the Workload!

Adding my vote. At capacity is a bad thing. You need slack in the system for value to flow.
