Changing administration email

Hi, I need to change the administrator’s email to a different email. I’ve gone to the contact support page and there is nothing that helps me do this.

This should be simple and it’s not, please advise, thank you!

Hi @ALEX17! You can re-assign the Admin role directly from your account (providing you’re an Admin yourself https://asana.com/guide/help/premium/admins), but you won’t be able to edit the Admin’s email address yourself, only our support team can do that for you (you can reach out to them following these steps).

I have left a company and removed myself as asana admin. How can new admin login now? I was unable to assign one and only followed instructions to remove myself.
