I am a Super Admin for our account. We are a Premium Account.
I adjusted the email schema for our company, and want to align Asana with the new email schema. The domain is the same.
At all levels of the application the ability to change an email address is masked - as a user, or as an admin.
Asana support for an urgent issues (users cannot login) is not existent.
Can any offers insights as to what feature may bloc this ability to adjust an email?

First of all sorry to hear about the issue you are facing.
Did you try this already:

Basically you’d add your new email, then amend all so your new one is the preferred one and then remove the other email address.
If the email domain stays the same in your case it should normally not create any issues.
Only for the super admin to amend the email I think support will have to do it. You can email them at support@asana.com
