How to change email domain if the domain is no longer in service?

How to change email domain if the domain is no longer in service? i.e. I will not be able to receive the verification email.

Apologies here but I’m not completely sure to understand your question. Is your current domain no longer in service? Are you able to log into your Asana account?

If you are still able to access to your Asana account, you can change your email domain by first adding a new email address. You can do so following these steps.

Once you have added a new email address, you can remove the one that is no longer in service. To remove an email address from your account you simply follow these steps.

If you face any issue during the process, you can of course contact our Support Team, who should be able to manually change your email address for you!

This is not a solution. We are experiencing the same issue for our company. How do we resolve this?

It’s been two years that this has been posted. Asana needs a stronger support system, especially with the increased funding…

Did you already reach out to support? As I am sure they will be able to assist you.
Just keep in mind if you opened a ticket and then sent a follow up your ticket would be pushed towards the end of the queue.
