I’m trying to change the associated email domain of my organisation, i have gone through the email verification and can now login with my new email, however i cannot delete the old email or change the associated domain.
You should be able to do so via the admin console if you are on a paid plan
Then from there you can update the email domain. A form will pop up which sends the request to support to have the main domain amended. Alternatively you can also email support@asana.com
Support should be getting back to you via email. Also keep in mind that whenever you send a follow up your request will be pushed to the end of the queue.
