Change Associated email domain not working

I’m trying to change the associated email domain of my organisation, i have gone through the email verification and can now login with my new email, however i cannot delete the old email or change the associated domain.

Nothing i’ve read in the forum helps at all.

You should be able to do so via the admin console if you are on a paid plan

Then from there you can update the email domain. A form will pop up which sends the request to support to have the main domain amended. Alternatively you can also email

Thanks but i’ve already filled that form in 3 times, and varified my email address, but thats as far as it seems to get.

Support should be getting back to you via email. Also keep in mind that whenever you send a follow up your request will be pushed to the end of the queue.
