Change email address

How can I change the email address of an external customer? That customer is changing their email addresses. In this case they are change XXX.co.uk to XXX.uk.

Hi @Niels_Oomen, thanks for reaching out! If the user is a guest in your Organization, I recommend you adding the new user and inviting them to the projects they should have access. Then you can remove the previous user.

Alternately, they can try to add their new email address on their account. In this case, you can recommend them to contact our support team following these steps: How to contact our Support Team ✉

Thanks for the reply. I will try to contact support. Inviting them again and remove the previous user is not a solution, because they have tasks linked to their account.
