Can't upload profile photo from Chrome

Hi there,

I am trying to upload a JPG profile picture and it seems to be failing for some unknown reason. When I select the photo I wish to use, it seems to attempt to upload but nothing changes.

The steps I am using are:

  1. Go to My Profile Settings
  2. Select “Upload Profile Picture”
  3. Select JPG from documents (the image is not even close to a full MB in size)

I am not trying to do this from an app but from my Chrome web browser in my organization’s Asana space.

Could you try following these troubleshooting step and let me know if the issue persists? :slight_smile: Can you also confirm if you experience the issue when you try to upload a different image?
