Asana App Review Add Images Problem

Hi,
I am trying to public my app and faced the problem in “Adding app images that show what your app can do”, I tried to use chrome/safari/microsoft edge in both Mac/Windows, all faced the problem.
https://app.asana.com/-/photo_upload?sync_cluster=prod with 400 bad request, resize_failed
my picture is in 1600*1000 size with less than 1 mb

I had the same issue, never understood what was wrong, potentially encoding. I converted the image to another format (for example JPG to PNG) and it worked.

Thanks for flagging this issue. The team has just released a fix. Please let me know if you continue to have a problem on this thread.
