Since downloading the Asana App for my Mac, I can’t view or download any jpegs added recently. The files are empty. It’s the same for Web version. Yet my team aren’t doing anything differently to early September, when we last added project images.
Thanks for coming back. So updating/clearing cache etc has fixed the problem for new mages uploaded today, but it’s existing ones between early September and prior to updating the browser this morning that still can’t been viewed or downloaded.

I’m glad to hear that the issue has been resolved for new images. Regarding the existing images that cannot be opened, I believe this sounds like an issue relating to the file type and not Asana itself.
