I’m trying to merge email A (old account) and email B (new account). I have followed the steps found in the Asana help pages, but when I click on the “merge accounts” button recevied by email B, I get the error “The email verification link you clicked is invalid” on Asana (see screenshot at the bottom). The link can’t have been expired because I click the button as soon as I got the email. I’ve copy-pasted the link from the email and onto my browser and it doesn’t work either. I’ve tried multiple times. I’ve cleared my browser and still nothing.
I have messaged support about this but they have been unresponsive for days. I really need to get this done ASAP. Has this happened to anyone else? How did it get fixed? Help appreciated. Thanks in advance.
