Using Asana app on Android Pie, and the floating Gboard doesn’t work. On trying to enter text in any entry box simply doesn’t recognize keyboard presses. The Gboard pops up, and doesn’t respond in the correct way. Option buttons are missing at the top of the mini keyboard and text swiping (blue line) is not registered. It’s as if the keyboard is stuck in a different mode and not connected to the app. Exciting Asana, changing to normal keyboard, which cannot be done in Asana, and returning works fine.

Let’s try to solve this together! Could you please uninstall and reinstall the Asana app from your device and let me know if this issue still occurs? If it does, please let me know what version your device so that I can escalate this further.
