I performed all the actions yesterday, but the problem remains. Files are downloaded without problems today. But this is repeated once every week.

Take a backup of your login credentials and important stuff from your browser!
now logout of your asana account then reset the browser(means clear cache, data history password, etc) (if you want uninstall the browser and reinstall it again!)
or
disable any extension or third-party downloader(if any) Software and make sure multiple downloads is enabled in your browser
Thanks for getting back to me, @_sergey.andreev! In this case, could you please contact our support team if you experience the issue again? Unfortunately I’m not able to reproduce it and our support team have the tools to investigate further!
