The guide says to “click ‘use template’ when you navigate to form template” but there is no form template section.
It looks like Asana has updated since this guide was created. Is it still possible to create form templates?

There is no “form template” feature per see, but you can include a form in your project template. From what I see, you’re creating a new project from the Creative Request template, which does include a form I believe. Once you complete the project creation process, you’ll be able to access and edit your project form!
