Cannot view other users My Tasks

I have requested and been granted access to view another users My Tasks. I can still only see their My Tasks that are part of projects that we are both in. There are several tasks on their My Tasks that I cannot see.

I searched for them and then clicked “View all tasks”:

There are no filters applied that should be affecting anything (I viewed all tasks and not just incomplete ones) but I cannot see all of their My Tasks. I can only see tasks for projects that I already have access to (so the same thing I saw before I was granted access to their My Tasks). Am I missing something?

Sharing of My Tasks doesn’t give you access to another user’s private tasks, so that’s working as expected.

What it adds is seeing the structure of their My Tasks and even being able to move tasks among their My Tasks sections.

But to see tasks, they have to be in a project you have access to (as you mentioned), or you have to be a task collaborator.
