cannot download attached files in comments on mobile

I can’t post on the critical bugs section, so I’m posting here. On the iOS mobile app, I can no longer download attached files. I need to login to a desktop. I can view an attached word document that a user posts in a comments, but when I open it, I just see the text file. there is no option to download it to my phone. I won’t attach a screenshot because the document contains proprietary information.

Usually, when my team members have document edits, they will attach a version in a comment. I used to be able to download a word file that they attached to a comment. Now I am no longer given the option

Hi @gf11 , sorry to hear this. I’m just curious as to whether the file attachments were uploaded from a computer or from a cloud service like SharePoint / Dropbox etc.? Have you noticed a difference because that could explain the capability to edit online or having to download to your phone.

They’re uploaded from a computer to asana as an attachment. i actually have to close
out the asana app because there’s no menu or way to close the window. it’s a clear glitch.
