I am trying to add someone to a project and it will not let them join. Their name has a globe next to it. Does that have anything to do with it?
It says she needs a @dcp.ufl.edu email to join the page. But my other interns were able to join the team without that specific email.
How can I add ehr by her username?

Are you receiving any error message when you try to add the new user? If you see a globe next to their names, it means they are Guests and their email address is not associated with the Organization. However, you should be able to invite Guests.

I am not receiving any error message. It lets me add them. It even lists her email as a project member. But she says she cannot join.
