Can you @mention someone who does not have ASANA

I am forwarding work requests from my email to an ASANA project. Once there, I would like all teammates that are involved to be able to view and respond. When the customer who sent the email does not have ASANA, how can I correspond with them from within the task, so that everyone on the team can see it? I don’t want to jump back to email because we want this ongoing discussion all in one place.

Thanks

Hello @Elizabeth_Celuck

yes basically the first time you mention them add them to the task as collaborator and then tag them.

Then they will receive an invite and will be able to respond to the tasks added to.
