Can only share one project timeline externally via read only link

Hello!

I just started using asana at a new company, I’ve used it a lot in the past. Our company is currently in a free trial but will be purchasing memberships once we’re done with the trial.

I created a timeline for a project that I shared with a client via a read only link. I have just created another timeline that I want to share with another client but for some reason I don’t have the option to share this one externally via a read only link?

I’ve checked the admin console etc and we have this enabled - it’s confusing as obviously this has worked for one project so I’m confused as to why I can’t share another one.

Has anyone else had this issue? Is it only possible to share one project externally at any time?

Have uploaded two screenshots here - one is the timeline that I had the option to share externally and the other is the timeline that I’m unable to share.

You turn on the option in the Project actions menu:

If that option isn’t there, it might be because of your project permissions or other admin settings which you said you’ve covered, all mentioned here:
