Can I invite coworkers with an external email to a project when having the free version?
I see the person with an external Email who I invited. But she can not enter the project as she does not have out organizations email. Is there a way to let her join?

Yes, you will be able to add a person with an external email to your free account. This will however count towards your free 15 seats per team.
You can add them on the team level in order to see all projects, on Project level to see only the tasks in the project or on task level.

Thank you for the fast answer. That is what I did. But somehow she is not allowed to. This is the screenshot if what appeared when she tried. It asks her to put in the Mail adress of the organizations, which she obviously does not have.

Have you shared a project with her already? Thats the easiest way to get invited to asana.
