Since yesterday, the calendar view in the Desktop app has been displaying a visual glitch. A strip of the background appears at the bottom of the calendar, disrupting the normal display. See the screenshot attached.
*Not a solution, but marked as such because it seems to be the best set of options available for now.
@Esteban_Giannini - is this still happening for you?
I know a lot of times, glitches in the interface of many apps can be caused resolved by one of these first steps:
- Clear cache and cookies (Clear cache and cookies - Computer - Google Ads Help)
- Try in an incognito window
- Try again after disabling any extensions
- Log out and back in.
If none of those work, I think you’ll want to contact Asana support. They’ll likely ask you to do those same things, which you can explain at that point that you will have already tried.
But, they may be able to escalate and figure out if this is a bug just for you or a wider group of people.
How to contact the Asana support team:
(FYI: I don’t work for Asana. I’m just replying to try to help you.)
To create a support ticket:
- Please go to help.asana.com
- Click the chat icon at the bottom right
- Type “ticket”
- Click “No, I’d like to make a ticket”
- Click “Something Else”
- Click “Create a support ticket.”

I will have to submit a ticket since it looks like it only happens on my desktop app. I am not sure what is going on. Thanks!
