I need to export ~400 tasks to pdf from one Asana board I own. I have tried a manual export, but I would rather avoid doing the manual process for 400 tickets. Is there a bulk export option, e.g. via the Asana API? Or a 3rd party tool?

@Thomas_Owen_Kealy What’s the reason you need it on PDF if I may ask? Understanding the why helps us to suggest workarounds to achieve your desired outcome.

My team needs to move to a new self-hosted Asana instance since my company is deleting the current company wide instance. These tickets contain PII data and cannot be deleted or lost in any way, so we need to archive them before the instance we have the tickets on is deleted. The output needs to be pdf since it needs to be human readable for the future.

Update August 2026: Asana2Go (Disclaimer: I’m the creator) now supports virtually unlimited row selections! Unfortunately, Asana2Go (Disclaimer: I’m the creator) is limited by memory and can’t do a single export of that size. Thanks, Larry
