It would be great if we can have an option to save task and section of tasks as PDF copy. In this way, we will be able to file/document all of these completed tasks and be able to track it seperately on our systems/computer.

If you’re not already familiar with it, you might want to check out
which can create PDFs of selected tasks directly from Asana in any number of formats. Disclaimer: I’m the creator.

This feature is not something that is currently available in Asana however you might find @lpb’s solution helpful! 
I’ll keep you posted if our Product team make any changes here!
