Hi,
is there a way to send an email form to the assignee of all his tasks on a weekly base in order to ask for an update?
If yes, is it possible to update from the form and see the reflection on tasks?

The assignee would receive regular email updates if they have email notifications enabled. More info see here: Email notifications from Asana | Product guide • Asana Product Guide
Now you can also work with setting up rules that trigger for upcoming or overdue tasks for example.

If a rule is triggered a notification is sent based on your set up. Now if email notifications are enabled they will be sent there not and not only be visible in the Asana inbox.
You can also trigger for specific emails to be sent to an email via the gmail integration.
