Automatic Project Sharing with Assignees

Hello everyone,

I hope you’re all doing well. I’ve been using Asana for a while now and find it incredibly helpful. One thing I’ve been curious about is whether there’s a way to automatically share a project with the assignee once a task is assigned to them.

Does anyone know if this is possible in Asana? If so, could you please guide me on how to set it up or point me to any resources that explain this process?

This isn’t possible in Asana’s UI natively, but this could certainly be done using the Asana API. I didn’t immediately see an action to update project memberships via an action in either Zapier or Make but I may just have missed it.
