Auto populate fields into Gmail Subject and Email

We are using an integration with a 3rd party vendor who will be notified once their part of the work is ready to begin.

Once our internal team has approved the edits, the vendor gets notified via email using the Gmail integration.

Is there a way to auto populate information like the “Project Name” into the content of the email subject line or the main email?

Yes, @Angelique_Kuhn-McNea, you can, but the choices for Variables you can include are limited:

FYI if you’re not wedded to specifically sending the email via Gmail, our Flowsana integration’s Send an email rule action lets you incorporate quite a wide variety of variables, including {project.Name}
