Attachment indicator in tasks

This is a key feature request to improve the speed with which my team and clients can review a long list of tasks and ‘home in’ on those tasks that have attachments and / or Notes. Using workarounds such as custom fields, tags or having a suffix in the task description leaves this to users to remember to indicate that there is a Note or attachment. The visual information available without having to naigate too much is fundamental in impriving productibity and I urge Asana to add this feature request to the roadmap. thank you.

Quite astounding that this thread has been open for nearly 8 years and we’re no closer to getting the feature! It’s presumably quite simple to add when so many other PM tools e.g. Microsoft Planner, have it? I keep having to add “- see attachment” to the end of task names, which inevitably gets lost.

Agreement is reached that the identification of whether or not an attachment is present is a necessary function in the progress management of construction and factories.

Alas, the lack of feedback for this project may be due to the insufficient number of votes. Given the numerous priorities in Asana’s strategy, minor aspirations may struggle to rise to the top of the to-do list.

As you are aware, it seems we must resort to this method for the time being.

This has been a request for 8 years? I definitely see the benefit to this. This is one of a few things that is causing a struggle with adoption.

Would love to see this long-requested feature implemented. There is a recurring issue among my department’s leaders when scanning tasks, and especially approval tasks, to identify where marketing deliverables are attached.
