Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing: I am using the latest Outlook desktop app on Windows 10 and when I create a task and have the attachments (pdfs) checked to be added to the task, they are not actually adding in Asana.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open email with attachments
- Click the Asana add-in
- Select “Create new task”
- Ensure the checkmarks are on the attachments
- Click create task
- Check the task created properly in Asana and notice that the attachments are not added

Can you try attaching this PDF from within Asana directly? Sometimes we see on the forum users complaining about certain files not being attachable and I was wondering it it was the case here.

Ok that’s weird then, maybe reach out to support so they can look at your specific case? Maybe someone here using the Outlook add in can also try with your document to see if it works? @ambforumleader

@Chandler_Ferguson, I followed your steps with the Outlook desktop app, and my attachment was imported correctly. Marking @Bastien_Siebman’s response as the solution, since reaching out to Asana support is the way to go. I hope it was resolved for you by now.
