When I have an email open and click the Asana icon it opens the right sidebar. I fill in the information and when I click Create task it gives a meesage “Can not attach email to task” Also the CREATE TASK button stays active instead of seing the task and option to view in Asana.

Hello. I uninstalled and re-installed both asana chrome and still happens. I am the only one on my team but I am the only one using a mac. I checked how they had theirs set up in comparison and it is the same. Been using the add on since November and It was working perfectly until January 3rd. Possibly when I did an update?
Hi Rachel, sorry for the delay. Our Developers let me know that we had some stability issues a couple days ago, but they have since deployed a fix. Can you please test again and let me know if the issue persists? If that’s the case, I’ll re-escalate your report. Thank you!
Thank you so much, yes it is working again. I had to deauthorize google workspace, uninstall and reinstall asana and sign in and out of chrome to get it to reconnect. But it’s great now. I appreciate your help.
